Recent adjustments in a Weyr that seems to be on the verge of one disaster or another has current residents wondering if the ebbing sickness at Western hasn't fuddled the Weyrleader and Weyrwoman's minds. Who, after all, puts a known troublemaker in the position of Wingleader, and hopes things will come out well? Or, invites the known Istan cur, L'ton, to join Western's ranks?
